To mount this Radiator guard, zip tie it to the upper radiator straps. The Lower mount is also done with two zip ties. The zip ties we use have a 40lb each shear strength = 160lb holding 6 oz.

Oil Cooler Guard, 
uses the existing oil cooler mounting points and hardware.

Our Radiator and Oil cooler Guards are engineered so they are manufactured without welding. Frames are cut from a sheet of .060 5051 aluminum. The screen is .034 expanded aluminum. Then we hard anodize every one for a chip-free, tough finish!
