Our Radiator Guards are engineered so they are manufactured without welding. Frames are cut from a sheet of .060 5051 aluminum. The screen is .034 expanded aluminum. Then we hard anodize every one for a chip-free, tough finish! To mount this guard, Zip tie it to the upper radiator straps and zip tie throught the lowest part of the radiator.
This way the Radiator guard is allowed to float with the radiator.
