Frames are cut from a sheet of .060 5051 aluminum. The screen is .034 expanded aluminum.
Then we hard anodize every one for a chip-free, tough finish!

Installation Instructions:

1^st:  Remove two upper factory radiator guard mount bolts. Lift guard out of the lower pin mounting holes and remove.

2^nd:  Install the guard into the lower two pin mount points.

3^rd:   Install the two supplied plastic washers on the factory upper mount bolts

 Install the two upper mount bolts with washers between the bolts and the radiator guard, loosely. Then center guard appropriately and tighten the upper mount bolts as the tabs find home.
