Our Radiator Guards are engineered so they are manufactured without welding. Frames are cut from a sheet of .060 5051 aluminum. The screen is .034 expanded aluminum. Then we hard anodize every one for a chip-free, tough finish!
These install just like the Pro's do.
Zip tie in all four corners, precision fit, super clean and easy.
Zip ties are US made by Thomas and Bates, shear strength 40lbs each, to hold 6oz.
