Our Radiator Guards are engineered so they are manufactured without welding. Frames are cut from a sheet of .063 5051 aluminum. The screen is .034 expanded aluminum. Then we hard anodize every one for a chip-free, tough finish!
To mount this guard, Zip tie it to the upper and lower outside corners of the radiator. This is a precision fit that holds the guard the perfect distance in front of the radiator.
